Hey bloggers, long time no see!I hope you are all healthy and happy during this worldwide pandemic. Today I decided to make a homemade chicken sandwich with a side of edamame. I choose to make a chicken sandwich because I have been craving a Chick Fil A sandwich for a weeks. I haven’t been able to get one because my parents won’t let me go to Chick Fil A right now because I could be at risk of getting the coronavirus. So I decided that I should just make it myself! The first thing I did to start my meal was peeling the edamame and then I placed them all into a bowl with a little pinch of salt. After my side was finished I put it in the refrigerator to keep it cold. Then I decided to put the raw chicken in mixed egg whites and flour so that I could fry it. I proceeded to fry it in my fryer and then I ended up with a crispy crunchy outside. I then toasted the bun and added lettuce. I found a chick fil a barbecue sauce in one of my kitchen drawers so I put it on my sandwich as well. It was a great knock off chick fil a chicken sandwich. I ended up making them for my whole family and they all loved them! I had a lot of fun making it today. It was also very nutritious and tasty. I encourage everyone at home during this pandemic to use some of your free time and make this meal, it is absolutely delicious. If you do make this and don’t have any chick fil a barbecue sauce just use any other barbecue sauce and I bet it will be just as good!
I rate this meal 5/5 stars ★★★★★.
