Hi everybody!! I’m back with another cooking at home blog. Today I decided that I wanted to try and make something healthy out of the food I already have in my home. I chose to do this because of Covid-19. Many people around the U.S have been quarantined, and I am one of them. I’ve been choosing not to go out when It is unnecessary to help prevent myself and others from getting this virus. So to begin this nutritious meal I started out with cutting two avocados into little squares. After I had all of my slices I added Garlic salt. Make sure that you use garlic salt, it is a very big part of this meal. I added a small pinch, so make sure you don’t add too much. Next I cracked two eggs into a small bowl and poured them on the hot pan slowly one by one. I made two sunny side ups, but you can choose any style you desire. After my eggs were finished I added a pinch of salt and pepper for some extra flavor. Then I added everything into a bowl and it was absolutely delicious. This dish is full of protein and since there’s avocado in it, you’re getting plenty of vitamins. Some of the vitamins the avocado contains are vitamin C, E, K, and B-6. I read that they can help prevent heart disease. I also read that for women it has a healthy fat called low omega-6 polyunsaturated fats, which helps their hormonal balance. I had a really fun time making and eating this. My dad tried it and loved it, I hope you’ll love it too! Since it has so many health benefits I rate this meal 5/5 stars ★★★★★.
